Data processing agreement (DPA)

1. Scope

This Data Processing Agreement governs the processing of personal data by JollyGrid on behalf of workspace owners ("Data Controllers").

2. Data processing purpose

Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of providing the JollyGrid Connect platform services as described in the Terms of Service.

3. Data categories

Categories of data processed include: user account information, workspace member details, incident reports, contact information, and communications data.

4. Security measures

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures including encryption, access controls, secure backups, and regular security assessments.

5. Sub-processors

We use trusted sub-processors (cloud hosting, email delivery) under equivalent data protection agreements. A current list is available upon request.

6. Data retention

Data is retained for the duration of the service agreement plus any legally required retention period. Upon account deletion, data is purged within 30 days.
