4. Export thumbnails
How we handle artwork created in our creative tools like Mandala Studio.
What we capture
When you export artwork from Mandala Studio (PNG, SVG, or PDF), we automatically save a single, small, low-resolution thumbnail (approximately 120×120 pixels) of your creation. This happens once per session—no matter how many times or in how many formats you export.
Why we do this
These tiny thumbnails help us understand what types of designs our users enjoy creating, identify popular patterns and features, and improve the tool. They are never shared publicly, never sold, and are only visible to our internal team for product improvement purposes.
Your privacy
Thumbnails are stored anonymously—they are linked to a temporary session ID, not to any user account or personal information. The full-resolution artwork you export is never captured or stored on our servers. If you have concerns about analytics data, please contact us.
5. Your rights
You're in control. Here's what you can do with your data.

Advertising measurement
When we advertise Jolly Grid on Google, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to see whether those ads lead to visits and sign-ups. It sets a cookie in your browser. We don’t show ads on Jolly Grid.

Donations
Jolly Grid is free and we don’t sell anything on this site. If you choose to support us through Buy Me a Coffee, that payment happens on their site under their privacy policy. We never see or store your card details.

Printed books on Amazon
Some of our coloring books are also sold in print on Amazon. If you buy one, the purchase happens on Amazon under their terms and privacy policy. We don’t earn affiliate fees from these links.

9. Children's privacy
Our platform is family-friendly and safe for all ages. Kids can use the tools and printables without an account, with a parent or teacher nearby. Creating an account requires users to be 13 or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account or given us personal data, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
10. Privacy FAQ
How can I delete my account and data?
You can delete your account yourself in Settings, or contact us at privacy@jollygrid.com. We'll remove all your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymized data may be retained for analytics purposes.
Do you sell my personal information?
Absolutely not. We never have and never will sell your personal information to third parties. Your data is yours, and we only use it to provide and improve our services.
How long do you keep my data?
We keep your data only as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, personal data is removed within 30 days. Some anonymized usage data may be retained for service improvement.
Can I use Jolly Grid without an account?
Yes. You can browse everything and use every tool without an account. You need a free account to download pages and books, save favorites, and take part in community features.

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email and update the date at the top of this page.
